Dennis Brutus
Dennis Vincent Brutus wurde am 28. November 1924 in Salisbury, Südrhodesien (jetzt Harare, Simbabwe) geboren und starb am 26. Dezember 2009 in Kapstadt. Er war ein südafrikanischer Dichter und ehemaliger Widerstandskämpfer gegen die Apartheid. Er verwendete auch das Pseudonym John Bruin.
